1. Registration & Access

How do I register for the course?

A: Click the “Register” button in the top menu, complete the form, and make your payment. You’ll receive immediate access to your learning dashboard.

Is the course accessible on mobile devices?

A: Yes, the course is optimized for desktop, tablet, and mobile browsers.

2. Course Content & Progress

How long is the course?

A: The course includes 30 hours of online theory, as required under BDE program guidelines.

Do I have to complete all modules at once?

A: No. Your progress is saved automatically. You can complete modules at your own pace.

Are quizzes mandatory?

A: Yes, each module contains quizzes to reinforce learning. You must complete all quizzes to qualify for the certificate.

3. Certification & Support

Will I receive a certificate?

A: Yes. Once you complete the entire course, your certificate is issued automatically and stored in your account.

Does this course include in-car training?
  • A: No. We offer only the theory portion of the BDE program. In-vehicle training must be arranged separately with a certified provider.

4. Registration & Email Confirmation

I didn’t receive the confirmation email after registering. What should I do?

A:If you don’t see the confirmation email in  your inbox within a few minutes, please:

  • Check your spam or junk folder.

  • Make sure you entered your email address correctly during registration.

  • Try logging in on the Login page using your registered email. This will automatically trigger the system to resend the confirmation email.

Why can’t I log in after registering?
  • A: Most likely, your account hasn’t been activated yet. Please check your inbox for the confirmation email and click the activation link. You must complete this step before logging in.

Can I resend the confirmation email manually?

A: Our system automatically resends the activation email if you attempt to log in with an unconfirmed account. Simply go to the Login page and try to sign in using your registered email address.

Is email verification required before starting the course?

Yes. Email verification is mandatory to access the Beginner Driver Education (BDE) course. It ensures your account is valid and helps maintain the integrity of our learning platform.
