1. Registration & Access
A: Click the “Register” button in the top menu, complete the form, and make your payment. You’ll receive immediate access to your learning dashboard.
A: Yes, the course is optimized for desktop, tablet, and mobile browsers.
2. Course Content & Progress
A: The course includes 30 hours of online theory, as required under BDE program guidelines.
A: No. Your progress is saved automatically. You can complete modules at your own pace.
A: Yes, each module contains quizzes to reinforce learning. You must complete all quizzes to qualify for the certificate.
3. Certification & Support
A: Yes. Once you complete the entire course, your certificate is issued automatically and stored in your account.
A: No. We offer only the theory portion of the BDE program. In-vehicle training must be arranged separately with a certified provider.

4. Registration & Email Confirmation
A:If you don’t see the confirmation email in your inbox within a few minutes, please:
Check your spam or junk folder.
Make sure you entered your email address correctly during registration.
Try logging in on the Login page using your registered email. This will automatically trigger the system to resend the confirmation email.
A: Most likely, your account hasn’t been activated yet. Please check your inbox for the confirmation email and click the activation link. You must complete this step before logging in.
A: Our system automatically resends the activation email if you attempt to log in with an unconfirmed account. Simply go to the Login page and try to sign in using your registered email address.
